Radio at its best & most local promises to change your life

The annual WTJU Rock Marathon will take place this February 13-19.
WTJU is a non-commercial, educational radio station broadcasting from Lambeth Commons that offers music in a variety of genres such as folk, classical, rock, jazz, and world. Cloud Nothings

“I thought. I would. Be more. Than this!” Dylan Baldi shouts during the
finale of the epic, nearly nine-minute long “Wasted Days,” arguably the centerpiece of Cloud Nothings’ third full-length studio album in less than two years. The album, called Attack on Memory, is out January 24th on Carpark Records.Read more...

I Want to Time Travel

When most people think of the Elephant 6 collective, they think of the big names, mainly Neutral Milk Hotel and Of Montreal. However, there were many less well-known bands that were part of the collective that still contributed to the collective’s unique sound and attitude toward music. This is what the show focused on. While the show was fun, it was also extremely long. It lasted from about 9:30 pm to 12:45 in the morning.Read more...

Bikini Bods

It is March, which means that everyone proactive already has a summer job/internship/epic trip planned. I, on the other hand, am faced with the prospect of actually needing a guaranteed way to make money this summer. And since I’m lazy, I’ve decided to spend my fourth summer pursuing my somewhat misguided summer job option: lifeguard.Read more...
